Natural Newborn Sessions

Newborn Sessions take place in my warm cosy natural light Grange home studio. I use warm cosy fabrics in mostly neutral fabrics to keep it timeless and beautiful.
No over the top set ups or unnatural posing in these sessions. These sessions are all about your baby.
I will gentle position baby into a flattering position by the gorgeous natural light and capture their unique little personalities. Babies love to curl and I mimic this with my range of wraps which give the impression of "womb" like imagery.
Babies will stay mostly clothed, with a nappy bloomer cover or romper over their nappy. This reduces the time of the session and keeps them nice and content, as most babies do not like to be naked.
Family, especially mama, is a big part of the sessions. I love to capture you doting on and soaking in your new baby whilst the studio, all whilst I capture it artfully.
Most babies fall asleep (and also some parents!) in the studio as its designed to ensure a restful sleepy baby.
I love to capture those awake shots almost just as much and aim for a mixture of both in your session. Sessions are never rushed and allow plenty of time for feeding and settling (which, by my beautiful window makes for some gorgeous portraits too)
